No. I am from Cincy and saw the whole thing unfold on the news beginning when the Carrolls declared Marcus missing or abducted. They were the parents and both are responsible for what happened. It did not have happened without their participation. No one would know today what happened if it were not for Amy Baker. She did the right thing, even admitting her part.

Yes, Amy Baker has responsibility for what happened. She could have stopped it. I'm not associated with any law enforcement agency, but I know we would still be looking nationwide for Marcus if Amy Baker had not come forward and told the story. God will judge her. The best thing that could be done all around was done.

I do not know either the Carrolls or Baker. That's just my opinion.
