its not plagiarism if you give your sources credit, duh. don't just copy and paste, put things into your own words. English is a skill you will need so just suck it up and do it.

Warnings about plagiarism don't mean that you can't use what other people have written - you just have to CITE your sources - i.e. if you got an idea, fact, or theory from someone else, you have to say where you got it from. Then it's not plagiarism.
Here's how you do it:
First, take a look at the topic or question. Write down whatever you think of when you read it - it can be complete nonsense, doesn't matter at this stage. Ask yourself what you find interesting about it.
Then, find some things other people have written on the topic. Take notes.
Next, make an outline. By now, you should have a few ideas, so try to put them in a logical order. Don't forget introduction and conclusion!
Write the essay. Be clear, stick to plain language, don't try to be fancy. Use other people's thoughts, but don't forget to state your OWN opinion as well.
Read the essay through, or get someone else to do it. Does is scan? Are their logical gaps? If so, fix them.
Read it again and fix grammar and language mistakes.

You can write about what someone else wrote, you just have to say that someone else wrote it by puting in paranthesis and saying who said it...then you will be covered...you just hate writing the essay. Get over it and be open to learning how...okay?

just let your mind flow and write all your thoughts down on paper like a story. The more you practice the easier and better it will be.
