it depends on where it is. if it is on your stomach for example the skin wrinkles so will the tattoo. if it is on a shoulder blade it isn't going to change much because it isnt an area where fat is stored.

Depends on the area, the percentage of total body mass change & how fast you lose it. For example, I'm 5'10 and weight 175 lbs. If I was 300 lbs and dropped to 175 I'd expect even areas like the neck and shoulders to show a little. Other areas like the stomach, back of the arms, buttocks or back of the legs would show more change.
Note that if you lose the weight more slowly (ie, no crash diets), the body can generally adjust well enough and you won't have saggy skin. I've heard folks here suggest that if you intend to go on a serious weight reduction program, it's best to wait on the tattoo until the end or close to it. That way, it's kind of the reward at the end of the journey. It also gives you a good amount of time to think about what you want while also giving you a deadline of sorts to have those thoughts sorted out.

it all depends if the skin has lost its elasticity. if there are stretch marks, it means that the elasticity has been lost, and there is a chance of wrinkling of the skin. the same way if you gain weight and a stretch mark goes through your tattoo, it will distort it.
i'm sure some of the answers given here were by 15 year olds that are socially retarded enough to say something like "fat girls shouldn't get tattoo's, it's not sexy". you may not think it's sexy, but i assure you, there are people that think otherwise. keep your ignorant comments to yourself. your opinion was not asked on whether or not it is sexy. read the question asked before you go making stupid comments.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

nothing really! Yes! it will shrink, only in the proportion to the amount of weight losted. If you lose enough weight to cause skin sagging then you might a problem.

There is not a lot of difference on some parts of the body. but wear you have a lot of loose skin, I'm sure it would affect it.
