At the daycare I work at,(i work with the 20 moth olds) there's this girl there that says "awww nuts" when she falls down or something goes wrong. I thought that was funny and wondered what other kids say when they fall down?

I have an adorable nephew... and whenever he fell down before he could talk, his dad would say "shake it off" and then my nephew would literally stop crying and shake like a fool! The cutest thing ever! Now that my nephew is older, he says it to himself or younger children when they fall. "Shake it off" and watching them all shake inside of cry, man, it is hilarious!

Absolutely nothing My almost 3 year old when she falls she gets herself back up and brushes herself off. I've been telling her that since she first started walking. If she is really hurt she will cry for someone to pick her up and say me hurt.
I've also used a saying I learnt from a preschool teacher. It goes like this.
Little (childs name) bumble
When ever he/she has a tumble
Up he/she jumps
and rubs his/her bumps
and doesn't even grumble

well my 2 year old son has 3 either he goes uhhh oohhh! fall down, whoa whoa I'm upside down! (with way too many syllables) or the worst one that i think he got from his daddy he yells Oh Sh*t! so yeah

My friend's son is funny because if he falls down he always jumps right up and says, "I'm okay!"

I dont know because every time my daughter falls she busts out with a really loud cry as if someone is trying to kill her.

that's cute! at the day care I work at the kids say alot of different things. one say "owie" then another says "i fall down" and starts crying.

My little girl is at the "Ut Oh" stage....everything is Ut Oh....either when she falls down, something falls, or she drops something.
