There is this girl at my bank and every time i go tho my bank i go to her tell booth thingy. Well she is the most beautiful girlo i have ever looked at and she smiles and kinda talks to me and i am shy and i need to know how to ask her out or to go do something

Well first off woman like men who are sensitive. Don't ogle her with your eyes or anything cuz that's just creepy! Do say something like " so you've had a busy/tough (pick which one) day? Wanna come with me to get coffee sometime?" or one thing people sense is your confidence just say flip out your wallet from your back pocket in a manly way as you approach her booth and just be sensitive -stare at the counter - pause carefully for a second as though this is like making a tough money decision and then carefully bring your eyes back up to her face -say something like "hi I was wondering if you'd like to go out with me sometime?" (Don't pause too long and don't over think it just do it! Say what you're going to say carefully in a calm gentle tone) Looks aren't everything personality can alter the way people perceive you! Well, don't show her you're totally interested you know cos then she's gonna feel like doing whatever she wants with you. Get to know her better at work and then from that you can tell wether to leave her alone or to keep on working on it. When getting to know her, ask her about her favorite restaurant, park, lake... (in town). Find out what she really likes and then GO FOR IT!

first flirt with her a little...ask her if she has a boyfriend..if she says no..say(i was wondering if your not doing anything this Saturday OR ANY OTHER DAY if she can go to the movies with you or something... don't look down look her in the eyes.. and if she says yes ask her for her number then give her your number so you don't make her feel like your not going to call her.

well flirt a bit take it slow show her ur nice and dont push it. try to look casual when u suggest to eat somewher, like a fast food place or a restraunt (ur choice), if she says yes then SCORE!! is she doesnt dont get sad keep trying love comes slowly but it will come, if it was meant to be so good luck!
