There's this stuff called color oops at walgreens in the hair dye isle. There's two kinds regular ( if you dyed you hair in the last 24 hours) or extra (if you dyed your hair in the last 48 hours). I've heard it works but i don't dye my own hair.

ok, a pair of human beings have advised you this could't be performed and others have mentioned it could. nicely, it could - with a expert colour stripper!!! although you may desire to be conscious that your hair heavily isn't in stable subject afterwards (it is going to sense dry and positively disheveled while its moist). you may choose some very stable conditioner and that i could propose you get a daily restructuring conditioner that's left on your hair. Your hair won't pass returned to strawberry blonde from black! it is going to pass orange/yellow at perfect. although the stable ingredient is, is which you will colour over at modern - no waiting time. am i able to signify which you do no longer use an enduring colour. attempt utilising short-term colour as this could fade out steadily. Your hairdresser could desire to apply a Quasi/Demi colour which might final longer than a short-term yet provide you with an obtrusive root growth. those strategies will additionally help to place some subject returned into your hair. uncertain how long your hair is yet getting it cut back shorter will certainly assist you. once you're waiting to get it cut back fairly short then do no longer difficulty with stripping. Tie or clip it as much as conceal lots of the regrowth and attempt waiting for yet another 6-8 weeks then pass get it cut back. notwithstanding you prefer to do, make certain you pass to a stable hairdresser. Ask around, as strategies are the perfect source. ultimately, stable success with this and PLEASE do no longer dye your hair black returned - this is in no way nicely well worth the undertaking.

without buying things i am not sure what you can do.. Just wait, i suppose. Washing it more often will help it fade faster, but other than redying it, i don't know what you can do. I have really dark brown hair naturally and i dyed mine black.. it started fading maybe a month or so after i did it, and now my hair looks close to normal. Just time and a really strong shampoo!

Try a Henna based dye - they're usually MUCH cheaper than the chemical dyes. I've fixed purple hair back to light brown with a henna semi permanent dye before.

It will eventually fade if you wash it frequently and expose the hair to sunlight, but it will not make it brown. If you want it brown, you may need to visit a salon so they can correct it for you.

Use Matrix Clarifying Shampoo, it is what we use in the salon to strip out almost anything without chemically treating the hair.

Buy any bottle of suave shampoo and a box of arm-n-hammer baking soda. mix about three teapspoons of the baking soda with the suave shampoo then wash and condition as usual. Works everytime.

Wash it.... a lot, with hot water, dry it with a blow dryer, and wait it out. Mine usually starts to mellow out in a week.
Good Luck!
