Not sure if I have the spelling for asfixiated right but what I mean is this. Someone that does not care about cleaning after themselves and really anyone else. But there is one person they have to check after over and over and clean after them even if its not needed.

Yeah its not me. Its my step-dad. He is not a very clean person himself. But it is like he follows me to clean everything up. Like I can eat something and crumbs drop and he freaks out. But if it is someone else he does not care. I can leave some of my cloths in my bathroom and he will freak out and clean it...its really annoying.

People don't realize there are two different kinds of OCD. That sounds more like the purely obsessive part. It also could be a few other mental illnesses though too. You need to go to a psychologist to talk about it, and find out. Even if you yourself are not the one with the problem, just to find out what it is.
