Guinea pigs don't carry the same virus that cats carry, so it should be safe, but just in case have someone else do it. Now is the time to play up the fact that you are pregnant and make people do things you don't want to do. ;)

first take her to the vets and notice what occurs if she is pregnant be calm because of the fact if that's her first muddle she would be in a position to possibly in basic terms have one or 2 oups, you do could desire to feed her extremely extra with something like a small handfull of dry guinea pig nutrition and a handful of unpolluted veg (no longer veg it is in simple terms too watery) you in direction of the tip of the pregnacy seperate the two lady because of the fact the different lady could kill the toddler and if the toddler is a male you may desire to seperate it from the mummy at aroun 7 weeks, make advantageous she is in a sparkling enviroment and has various water, the two guinea pigs which you have now could commence scuffling with by way of unusual smells the mummy will start to offer of if this occurs seperate them IMMEDIATLY, while the toddler is born this is frequently born in the nigh and that i additionally recommed protecting the mummy interior while she gets extremely heavily pregnant so which you will help while she provides beginning. while the toddler is born it is going to be interior a sack, the mother could no longer be responsive to what to do with it so if the mummy dosent injury of the sack herself by utilising the toddler's nostril heavily rip open the sack so the toddler can breathe, as quickly as this is born do no longer handle it for no less than 2 days to offer the mother a huge gamble to conform along with her toddler, keep them interior till they are waiting to be separeted. desire I helped!

Yes it is safe. I have a guinea pig and my doctor said it was fine. SO I cleaned it the whole time I was pregnant and I have a healthy baby girl. :)
