K today i wore some thing REALLY CUTE....ok and usually...Kinda...i dont and this guy asked me out and i said why and he said cause i look hot.
and i said is that the only reason why you want to go out with me..and guess what...He said YEAH
And i said NO
So really my question is...Why do SOME guys only go for what you look like and not because of the Personality and stuff like that?
I mean looks kinda do count..But thats not the only thing!!

Of course it's not, but most people are initially attracted to people that are physically attractive to them. it's that "first spark." This may go the other way too!

Unless you want to be friends with someone first, for a long time, and develop romantic relationships that way.

I feel you on this one. A lot of guys look at a womans sex appeal before anything else. And it's not just guys, a lot of women do the same thing. It's just instinct. If you saw two guys at the beach, one shirtless with a body like whoa, and the other sitting on a towel completely clothed reading a book or something. Your instict is like, damn baby with the body got it goin on over there, before you even look at mr. cutie with a book. So maybe he was just tryin to be honest about how you looked but now you just know more about what you want in a man. Someone who will take you seriously and not just want you for your looks.

Here's a paridigm shift for you.

image some guy you've never met sees you in your cute outfit and asks you out. Now you ask him is that the only reason? C'mon what planet are you on. He doesn't know anything about you yet of course it's because you look cute he has nothing else to go on. That's your job to fill it in.

Reminds me of a movie "Escaping from Eva" or something like that ..

All the guy has to go on is your looks. If you think he can read your mind, you're crazier than he is.

I'm going to enjoy reading other answer to this one. Because that what most guy say about woman, your in to he's looks and what kind of car he drives dose he have money? And not what he's like in the inside.

And most guys are in to looks, dose she have a nice butt, leg hooters? Most humans are just look to have arm candy and if someone looks hot (most guys) then the must be good in bed.

So lady answer the question. Sorry I don't have any ADVICE for you it's just the way it is.

I think you did right. Looks count to a certain degree...but you'll get a better person if you look at their heart. Many guys and girls are very shallow.......only looking at the outside of people. It's a shame........some of the kinder, more romantic guys may be just the regular looking guy, or the nerd that everyone teases. Think about that.............best of luck to you.

It is normal and natural for a guy to notice a pretty girl. If you don't want guys to want you only for your looks, then be a little less sexy. Don't wear skimpy clothes, that cry out "Look at me"
