YOU JUST READ MY MIND!!! I COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE!!!! It IS a far more beautiful language. If I learn Spanish, that's an invitation that those millions (literally!) of illegal Mexican immigrants in the U.S. are better than me. And that's certainly not true. (Sorry if you're Mexican...I don't mean to stereotype!) THANK YOU, MILLE GRAZIE, for that post!

Well, it is a beautiful language indeed, but it has been a while since Italians have come here. Besides, most of them are mafia. Not good.
Besides, when I hear about Italian it is a good language for opera, absolutely ( Verdi, Puccini, Rossini ) but not practical for other things. It looks like Spanish spoken in jest.
Spanish is the second most beautiful language and 99% of people coming here today speak it, not Italian

Anyways, I don't see it happening somehow unless Italy invades us - - - I dare you.
Anyways, I agree with you, you are a beautiful people and English is not the most logical or handsome of languages (every person thinks his own language is masculine, ever notice that?). But I think that there are so many beautiful languages. I myself am an advocate of French, even though they have a habit of making everyone hate them (kind of like us, ha).

Don't listen to him, Spanish it's a beautiful language. I think all language are beautiful. But we have to learn the one we like or the indispensable one. Listen to me, I'm Italian too.

The same reason you learned English and not Quechua--English is a lot more useful, because more people speak it.
At any rate, you can understand Italian if you speak Spanish.

Purtroppo! No, non ha senso. In aggiuta, Espagnolo è parlato più qui. Ci sono più persone qui che parlano Espagnolo che i tutti Italiani a Italia. Davvero!
