First of all, how easy is it to get away with using an alias when you are arrested? Especially if you have already been arrested before, as yourself?
Okay, I know a person who is said to have been arrested under an alias. From what I have been informed, this alias has been used many times when he has been arrested.
The person was actually on parole when he was last arrested under the alias. When it is found out that this person has lied about his identity, what can happen? He is no longer on parole. This all sounds very strange to me... Can it be possible??

Its called identity theft and fraud. Its a felony and being on parole, the sentence would be lengthy.

If you arrested and you use an alias it wouldn't matter especially if you're on parole they already know who you are all the would do is run your finger prints which are in a national data base and you'll be unidentified that was you may be charged with obstructing justice along with whatever you were arrested for.
the only way I could see you getting away with it would be if your in a place where the county jail is overpopulated and your offense was not a felony and they let you go with a court date, but that's not likely

Using an alias these days it is very difficult becouse police now days have this gizmo where you put your finger prints and tells you your name and previous convictions, any way using a false name to take advantage of a situation is a felony !! specially if your being interview by any law enforcement.
