the base of the hair is thicker than the tip, after u shave, the orgional base is now the tip, and the NEW base is even thicker. takes a long time to notice it though.

Precisely. Do a "search for questions" search here. This has been asked many times. It's not that the hair itself grows back thicker (then we'd have a solution for baldness!) but it's that because hair has been shaved, the hair follicle grows out "flat" so it's coarse and prickly (rather than a smooth, tapered end) so it will feel "thicker."
If it grows back darker, that's just because you're not used to seeing hair there for a while, and once again the end is flat off, so that's not going to be as translucent as a tapered end.

I'm positive that it's true. I shaved one day on a small spot on my arm to test it, but I only did this a few days ago, so you might want to try what I'm doing. As for why your hair turns darker, hair turns lighter when exposed to sun. the new hairs haven't had any sun, so their darker. The other part of your question? Not sure. the razr might kinda pull it. Otherwise clueless.

That's false. It feels coarse because the fine tips have been shaved off.

no idea. but heres a guess, probably what happens is that once u shave the pore gets bigger and so the hair grows thicker or after u shave, for protection, they grow thicker? idk... itz a guess.
