Sorry, can't help you there. You might have better luck looking for a Philippines homeschooling support group. Most of the people in here are Americans and I don't know of anything in the US or Canada that would be free to someone in the Philippines.

http://amblesideonline.org/ is good. It is based on the Charlotte Mason way of teaching using living books.

http://oldfashionededucation.com/ is good because it uses books that are free, usually from the Gutenberg project. Most of them are online and you can print them for free. I've read through a lot of it and am considering using it at least initially.

If education were cheap, easy to obtain, and free we wouldnt have school and expensive colleges would we? Knowledge is hard to obtain, like money, and must be worked for, and its a commodity most peopel wont meerly give away. The only place fo rfree knowledge is a library. If you want to homeschool your kids take them there every single day and make them read all the books. Online - try National Geographic, Science, project Gutenberg, nytimes.com, bu tthat wont help you with the arts. Try teacher websites for hands on lesson plans.
