pick what operating system you have and downloand the drivers the site also has manual available

the disc u have just installs the drivers so download the program and you normally dont plug the web cam in until they have been downloaded

if you need a different version just go to the download section of the site and type in the model of tech web cam and they will come straight up, just select the operating system you want and download them

I was having a look around for you and came across the link where you could download the drivers for your camera. I assume you are using XP so the first link with Trust in it's name would be the best one to go for.
