Wrong numbers are never busy because when you call and get a busy signal, you always assume that you dialed correctly.
How do you know that the last busy singal you got was not actually a wrong number??

That's very true , I"ve even called the next day and same thing they are still home and the number is still wrong , I don't think they ever sleep , shop , eat or even use the bathroom , I don't get it . I wonder if they are all one person too !
