But your not over your ex...!? My suggestion is that you need to wait until you are COMPLETELY over him otherwise you are bringging way too much baggage into the relationship...

I think you should wait for about 1 month to make sure that feeling for your ex don't interfere with your new relationship. Make sure you just want that one person or it could cause trust issues. You could just start a conversation with him and let him know that you broke up with your ex and was wondering if he'd like to go out or have a friend tell him in passing how much happier you are with out your ex and are looking to move on

Oh girl if you still have feelings for your ex don't do it. That is called a rebound relationship. Those hardly ever last from my expierence. You can always let that person know that you would like to hang out and do stuff but you need some time to get over your ex before any kind of relationship starts.

Its your call weather you want to wait or move on. Why dont you give the guy you like now a kiss or flirt with him or even give him a note telling him how you feel about him. If thats not your style then just tell him.

Just tell him that you are over your ex and want to start dating again, if he is interested that will be an opportunity for him to express his interest.

If you are friends with the 'new' guy and really like him, steer clear for awhile. You don't want HIM to be the rebound guy.

you will know when you are ready. just go out with friends then you will keep your mind busy and you will be able to move on before you know it.
