there is a girl i want to ask her to prom. here's the situation. she is in some of my classes and we talk and whatever. but we never actually hangout or do anything together. we are just friends in schoolshould i ask her to prom?

You should TOTALLY ask her to prom!! Here's why.....you all are FRIENDS. Since you're friends, neither of you have any reason to get jealous about who is dancing with who. Also, if she's a liberal kind of girl she might pay for some or all of her prom expenses (like her ticket, hair, make-up,etc.) since you all aren't a couple. It's a win-win situation.... if you don't end up liking her more than you do now, then at least you didn't go to prom by yourself. Just remember: when you ask her, say something like do you want to go to prom with me...JUST AS FRIENDS ? Some girls get carried away like a prom invitation is a proposal for marriage.

Personnally if you don't mind getting hurt than maybe you could. Also If she is not in a relationship than she might be more willing to since you are probably the only one who will ask her.
