When I was in my 20s the world was my oyster I was overjoyed, pasiionate about life, a bit hyperactive but very happy and joyful and extremely outgoing, every day was a brand new day. I was bouncing of the walls with joy.

Now I am in my 30s and things changed I am very happy but a little more reserved, private and much more calm, and there are times where I get down and sad and I dont feel as much joy and gladness as I used to in my 20s.

Is it normal to "slow down" as you get older? What has been your expereince on this?

I am about to be 31, and i think i have become more energetic and easygoing in my 30's than i was in my 20's. So I am not saying that you arent normal, because everyone is different, but thats not how 30's have effected me at all! However, I am sick alot more than i ever was before, now that i am older. And I do think thats age related

This is not normal and is something you should discuss with your doctor to get his/her input on this.
