I make a killer Ham Prosccuito Carbonnara pasta- heres the basic idea of how to make it

Cook 1lb of pasta. (spiral type noodles work well)
Use a can of Alfredo sauce (I make homemade sauce but can't for the life of me tell you whats in it)
Cook up some ham until cooked through, but still really tender. Chop up some prosscuito (italian type bacon) in a lightly greased (with olive oil) pan- cook until cooked through but NOT crispy

Heat sauce, put in the prosscuito and ham, and heat through. Toss in some asparagus tips and brocolli. Toss in a large bowl with the hot pasta. Garnish with some parm. cheese, and there you go! AWESOME pasta!

This is one of our family's favourite and especially mine because its fast, healthy and nutritious and its yummy. I buy the large bags of coleslaw at Costco (you can make your own shredded cabbage/carrots) Sautee about half the bag (about 6-8 cups) with butter/olive oil, some onions and LOTS of pepper (less if you don't like it spicy) till soft (but not mushy)- optionally you can add a little cream to the mix. Mix with any kind of short pasta. The whole dinner is ready in the time it takes to cook the pasta - about 15-20 minutes.

Baked lobster pasta

I don't know exact proportions, just throw it together, it is one of the easiet things to make

olive oil in skillet, medium heat, throw in some garlic, let it bloom, throw in cooked lobster (can use any cooked seafood), add cream, bring to boil. Add handfull grated parmesan cheese and cooked penne pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in dish, top with mozzerella and bread crumbs, bake at 500 till cheese is slightly brown.

Delicous, and it only takes 30 min or less to make

Orzo (rice shaped pasta) cooked in chicken broth and topped with a wild salmon filet.

The salmon has to be wild, not farm raised or frozen. The wild salmon has a much more intense flavor.
