I'm on the birth control nuvia ring and i've been on it for about 3 months. Me and my husband are thinking trying to have a baby. Since i've only beeon on birth control for 3 months how long do you think it will take for us to conceive?

It really depends on your body. Some people will get pregnant right away, others may need a month or three for things to get regulated.

There isn't a set answer for this question. There are many factors that contribute to fertility. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. Sometimes just going off birth control works, sometimes it takes a few months, sometimes there are problems that need to be addressed before pregnancy can happen.
If you have had a fertility work up, then you know if you have limitations, or problems that can be fixed easily. If you haven't, check into getting one done.
Start taking prenatal vitamins now!! There is nothing wrong with women taking them all the time. It will help with your folic acid levels, which is a big one in pregnancy.
Start eating right and exercising now. Then, when you do get pregnant you will be in shape and already eating what you should.
I would suggest being off of your birth control for a few months before trying, use a back up method (condoms) during this time. This allows your body to get back to a normal cycle before you try conceiving.
