Nope, flush with the end. Only the Turkey Super-Full choke tube that is knurled on the end and the Extended Rifled choke tube extend beyond the end of the barrel (almost 1"). All others are flush.
Genuine RemChoke 12 gauge tubes are:
“The Ventilator” Ported (lead shot only) , Turkey Super Full (lead shot only), Turkey Extra Full (lead shot only), Full (steel or lead), Full (lead only), Modified (steel or lead), Improved Cylinder (steel or lead), Skeet (steel or lead), Skeet II (steel or lead), Rifled, and Extended Rifled, skeet extended tubes, and new and old style trap tubes. 21 total in 12 gauge.

You can get extended choke tubes from several companies Remington included. They have a knurled extension that comes out about half an inch. But most standard chokes sold with the gun from the factory fit flush. The extended ones just make them easier to get out with out a tool.

No, it'll be even and not extend the barrel length. I generally use an improved cylinder, but I mostly bird hunt too, so I want those bb's to spread!
