what is the japanese word for "peace time" and "blue sky"?

i'm planning to name my business by the japanese name of either of the two...please help...

'peace time' is 平時　(heiji).
'blue sky' is 青空　(aozora).

Using my hand-held Japanese to English dictionary, the adjective blue is "aoi" and the noun sky is "sora". I'm sure someone will come after me and give me a thumbs down but I tried to help. I dare not attempt to translate "peace time". :)
