Actions speak louder than words. Don't answer the phone when you know it's him. (that is, if you have Caller I.D. on a home phone) Is he calling you direct at work or does the call go through the switchboard? If so, give a written statement to the switchboard operator that you are not accepting any calls from your ex. If your ex is calling you directly at work, just hang up when you hear his voice. Have no other contact with him, no matter what. He may be a slow learner but he'll get the message in time.

If he is calling your job......go to your supervisor and see what they recommend. Sometimes they can change your number.
Also, I would just tell him that its over and he needs to stop calling you and if he continues you will contact the police.
Make sure that you keep a log (with date & times) of everytime
he calls you.
I was harrassed once and when I went to the police about it they said they couldn't do anything because there was no proof, but if it happened again to be sure to keep a log with dates and times because that WILL stand up in a court of law.......should it go that far.

You can tell him you will call the police and have him charges for stalking. Or you could change your number. Its a pain to do that, but its a good way of getting rid of people you dont like.

Tell him that you will report him if he does not stop harassing you, it can be considered criminal such as stalking. I think that you will have to say something this drastic in order for him to get the picture and if he doesn't understand that, then you will have to file a formal complaint with your local Local Law Enforcement A gency

Have you told him? You need to tell him that you are no longer a couple and that you have moved on and he needs to also. Tell him not to call you anymore..... you do not love him, you do not miss him and you are not interested in talking to him.....ever. The only way to deal with pushy people is to push back.

NO, DO NOT tell him anything. Don't talk to him, email him, text him, etc. That is what he is living for. Get a restraining order if you have to but don't give him any reasons to keep trying to contact you. It will die down.

If you really want him to stop, tell him you're going to file charges of harassment on him. If he has any sense at all ,that should do the trick!

give him a speech next time he calls and say this:
"you're a man have some pride I'm sorry but its over..."
and if he calls again tell him to knock it off and that you never want to see (or hear) him again!
good luck!
