If you are really fond of somebody, that's a great place to find love. I believe that you love somebody when that person's happiness and well being is very important to you and you want the best for that person. When their happiness is what you want.
When you admire and respect that person and would do anything for that person. When there is no jealousy, no games, when being around them makes you want to be a better person inside and out.

Since no one can describe it and instead provides feelings, I will give you a REAL answer.
Love is when you not only feel something about the other person. You will want to ACT on that love. You will want to be around the person all the time, and you will miss them when they are gone. Though this can be confused with infatuation. True love cares for everything about the other person. If they have a test in school, you want to be the first one to know how they did. If they have a competition, you will be their biggest fan. If they are performing, you will cheer louder than anyone!
Most importantly true love is willing to SACRIFICE for the other person in order to ensure their well-being above your own! This means giving up time, money, your needs, etc. Whatever it takes! This is how you truly know you are in love.
Only girls who have NO IDEA what love really is say it is only a feeling. That feeling comes and that feeling will eventually go, but TRUE love sticks past the feelings and grows stronger because it is not based only on feelings. True love is also about communcation. The person you most communicate with should be your true love!

U know when u have fallen in love with someone, when u don't want to be anywhere else except with them. U can't get them off your mind.There is no limit to the things u are willing to do. The things u use to do with your friends u won't do them anymore. it will seem as if you're the only two people in this world. U will

For me, I noticed that I am ALWAYS thinking of him, I can't stop smiling whenever he's around and even fighting with him is better than having a wonderful time with some other guy.

if you're in love you wouldn't have to ask. You can't think about anything but that person, and you get butterflies in your stomach when you do. Personally, when it first starts- lack of appetite, constant smiling, more upbeat behavior.
