i have to go to the doctor 2 day and im really scared of shots i might have to gett one. how can i get out of gettig it.

It takes no time at all. Just try to relax, and don't look when they give it to you! Its over before you know it. Trust me.

it won't be that bad. if you are over 18yrs and if it has been awhil since you have been vaccinated, you'll probably just get a tetanus shot. they'll put it in your upper arm. it will make you feel a bit sore in your arm for a day or two but thats it. those are good for about 10 yrs if my memory serves my correct. your doc may also ask if you want to receive the hepatitis b vaccine. this is a series of 3 shots. if you get one today, the next will be in 1 month and the final one will be given usually about 4-6 mon aftr the initial dose. the hep b vaccine won't mak you sore like the tetanus. you'll be fine

If you need one deal with it. Think of all those little kids in the hospital getting shots and intervenous & having to deal with a situation that you, hopefully, will never have to.

So buck up, hold your breath & don't watch. It'll be over in no time.
