Unfortunatley, hangovers come with the terrotoyry when it comes to drinking. The resulting headache is due to all the toxins in the body that are left over from excessive drinking. I have tried many things to eliminate the hangover blues and only two things have ever worked. Daily supplements of vitamins (anti-oxidants) or three advil. You could drink what you drank the night before but all that will accomplish is you being drunk all over again and having to deal with another hangover the next day :-)

Two things. What you experienced is called a ''brownout''. To prevent a headache the morning after, drink lots of water before you go to bed (dehydration from drinking alcohol causes headaches).

Alcohol dehydrated your body, this is why we get headaches the next morning....drink heaps of water before going to bed next time and this wont happen....for now though just drink a couple big glasses of water and take some paracetamol

That's normal if you drink too much alcohol its called a hangover. Drink plenty of water to re hydrate yourself and take some painkillers. Sleep it off if you can!! Not being able to remember stuff can be worrying, try not to drink that much in future, that way you'll know if you made a fool of yourself or not.

So, you got a 'hangover' and you have 'alcoholic amnesia.' I'd say that you need to 'drink less' when you go out, because that hangover 'hurt' but it's the 'alcoholic amnesia' that is really worrisome ... you don't need to 'get drunk' to have fun, do you? If your answer is 'yes, I do,' then you need to start going to AA meetings, because you could be an alcoholic.
