Freyja! She's my favorite and most loved Goddess. I often to blots to honor Her. Freyja is the "wild woman" among the Deities of the Norse. She's also a stirrer of strife, like Odin. And like Odin half of the battle slain go to her hall.

And I think you mean Ostara, not Easter. Ostara would be more similar to Idunna, not Freyja in that respect. In fact, I would say that Ostara is Idunna's continental aspect. She is the Goddess of the radiant dawn, eternal youth, and rebirth, and so is a fitting matron of Springs' regeneration of fertility, and life which comes with the return of the growing season.

They are all European Goddesses though, that would be the connection.

I like both Freyja and Eostre. I am a bit more drawn to Freyja.

Between those two, I've only ever "met" Freyja, so I'd have to go with her. She was lovely. :D
