My grandmom always said, "Stuff a cold, starve a fever"..meaning eat with a cold, don't put much on your tummy w/a fever...avoid dairy, since your veggie then that's not an issue. Try the B.R.A.T diet...Banana, Rice, Applesauce or Toast. Those are bland and will help keep you nourished but won't upset you otherwise. Saltines and 7 up or Sprite is good...just make sure if your throwing up to try gatorade so you won't get dehyrdrated. Feel better!

That sucks! Try tea (ginger is good for nausea!!) and defeniatly drink liquids, liquids, liquids!! Since you can't eat broth, drink Gatorade it has electrolites that your body requires to heal itself. Drink as much as you can so your body will absorb it better. Use a cool cloth on your neck and forehead for the fever to keep it from causing you a headache, otherwise it is simply your bodies way of fighting your virus. When you are able to eat solid foods keep it simple and bland (like above said with bananas , applesause etc.) Hope you feel better soon!

Drink tea and if you have an upset stomach then just wait it out and don't eat much until you really think you are ready then eat peanutbutter toast
