Jesus was actually married three times. In order to be a Rabbi, and teach at the synagogue, it is required that he have been married, so get past that problem. His first wife was named Cypros, a Nabateen Arab and daughter of Cypros and Alexas. Together they had five children, Three boys Adminius, Guierious, and Caradoc, and two girls, Eigan and Gladys. His first wife's name is not mentioned in the bible, so don't go crazy looking for it...
His second wife was named Mary Magdalene, as unfortunate as it sounds there is some historical evidence to suggest that she may have been one of Jesus sister's. I can hear the collective jaws dropping of all the Christians, so get over it, this is what history, says, not my personal viewpoint. History does not record if they had children..
Jesus third wife was Aricia (Areddig), which is recorded in the Tactitus records as Cartismandus. There is no record of them having children either.
His decendents ARE out there, but strange as it may seem, they are mostly originated from the British Isles, nead Ludgate, which is now known as the city of Londo.

Sure. Check in the phonebook under "Christ", see how many you can ring up. Oh, not THAT Christ? Sorry. Are you certain? Have you even tried to perform a miracle?

Seriously, if there were, what would be the difference? We're all supposed to be adopted children of God. Storebought not good enough? Should we bow before the McJesus clan, give them crowns and scepters? What would you expect them to do? Unless there's some obvious way to tell them apart, they get in line like everyone else.

Sure; if the archeological findings are correct than it would stand to reason that there are bloodline descendants somewhere.

The bad news is that if the archeological findings are correct, Jesus died and turned to bones like the rest of us; which kinda is gonna put a crimp in the collection plate come sunday.

I wonder if there is any dna evidence on the shroud of Tourin or any other artifact said to have touched the man which could be matched to the evidence found in the tomb excavation.

It's very probable that Jesus had a child. The first commandment for Jews of that day (and for many today) is "to be fruitful and multiply." Youngsters married in their teens and were not considered to be adults until they married. An unmarried rabbi would have had no followers whatsoever.

There is no "original sin" in Judaism. Sexual relations plays a large part in Judaism as long as it is not a forbidden relationship, i.e. incest, etc. Many Christians are beginning to study Judaism in order to find their "roots."

Well firstly has the proof they have actually been proven correct? I don't think they have gone this far. But if they do manage to prove they have something of value there, then yes i guess there will be descendants out there somewhere.

There is absolutely no evidence that Jesus had a son. He was the Son of God. The Bible says so. The Bible says nothing about Jesus having a son at all. So, he didn't. That is the absolute TRUTH.

The Bible does not say that Jesus had a son, and the Bible was inspired by Jehovah God. I will ALWAYS believe Jehovah before I believe a earthly man. Man has dominated man to his injury, and they have always tried to discredit the Bible. Jehovah's Words endure forever.

Let's wait to see if they are right about Jesus having a son before we speculate on any descendants. But, we are all children of God anyway.
