I don't think it will really make it grow any faster but the best thing to do if you are growing your hair long is to get it trimmed every 6 - 8 weeks, this will help it to grow stronger (i don't know if you have seen people with long hair which is really fine and looks a bit nasty at the bottom - a regular trim will stop this) It will also keep away the split ends!

Yes if you have it trimmed every 6 weeks it should grow faster also dont use a hairbrush on wet hair best to use a wide comb so that you are not pulling on the roots of your hair causing split ends and damaging your folics Also if you see they same hair dresser every time (which is helpful cause then the get to know your hair) she can give you some good tips

I often wonder the same thing. I am growing my hair out too and asked my stylist what I could do to get my hair to grow faster. She said that if I drank plenty of H2O, take vitamins (she suggested prenatal since they have high B content), massage my scalp when I shampoo my hair, and yes, she says that getting a trim every 6 weeks will keep your hair healthy and promote hair growth!

not really, u can cut now and then, but not every month so u loose what u've grown in a month =S, what u should do is take care of the health of your hair by using a good hampoo and conditioner to avoid split ends so u dont need haircuts.. my friend use pantene renewal, and it works great, it takes away damage in one moth.. go9od luck!!
