God and the aliens worked together. God makes us in his god machine, and aliens create a giant flood every few thousand years. It's great in video game format...

Interesting way to put it I also believe the flood was caused by events in outer space.. There are some in the scientific community that have a theory that a large asteroid passed close enough to cause HUGE tides. That may very well be on the fringe of scientific possibility but it's still possible. And explains how God might have accomplished His works. He wonders are normally through natural means. Science wouldn't even call most of them miracles, just natural occurrences. Aliens no, mighty works of nature, yes.... Jim

God initiated a process we call evolution and has since been watching it unfold.
He doesn't micro-manage Creation. If a flood comes it's because of the weather. If your life's a mess it's because of the choices you make.

How about if the aliens actually come from Earth and live deep below the crust. They could have genetically engineered us to be their pharmacuetical cattle.Some of them can look exactly like us and have been leading our religions, countries, and businesses since our earliest times. We could be their industrial base too.
