Istanbul for one is absolutely gorgeous in May! Daytime temps can range between 20-30 C (68-86 F), with variable humidity. Late spring is a great time to come here, as the city starts to wake up and the outdoor clubs and restaurants re-open. Nothing better than a fish dinner on the Bosphorus.

You can swim in the sea and also ski (-5 , + 30 C ) in may. If you explane which part of Turkey I can tell more information about it.

Generally very mild and nice (15 to 20 deg C or 60 to 70 deg. F), except in the extreme Eastern part such as Erzurum where it can get down to 10 deg . C (50 deg. F) sometimes

Ok I live in south coast ANTALYA..its march and we have already 20 degree in day time I think in may will be around 25-27 or may be more..

In the south it is quiet hot and sunny but the north(Istanbul)can be cool in day cold at night comparable to UK.If you are headed to resorts in south Bodrum,Alanya,Marmaris are guaranteed good weather but not too hot like July and August.
