Here are the forms and instructions for the 2005 tax year.
If you do not have your W2 information for 2005 you can contact the IRS @ 1-800-829-1040 and request transcripts of your income information, it will take 7 to 10 days via mail. or they can be faxed to you if you have access to a fax machine.. You have 3 years from the due date of the return to claim a refund.
You can not electronically file the 2005 return, it must be mailed in

A few decent answers, but I don't see a link to the correct page from the IRS website. You can also go to the IRS main page and search for "2005 forms".

Go to www.irs.gov. You can get downloadable forms. But do it this year. You can only go back three tax years! Good luck.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (or another PDF viewer) to be able to view and print the forms.
