If a tree fell down in the forest and no one was aroung to hear it, would it make a sound?

I think i worked around this one... it's that if a tree falls in a forest...there is always something around to hear it! Never will you go to a forest and not hear or see one animal, insect, or form of animal or human life. So yes...since its impossible not to hear it.

No one would know if a sound was made or not, because no one was actually around when the tree fell.

It would produce sound vibrations..so if any animal was around..they would be able to hear a sound.
