I do.
And we all "came to be" by something called "reproduction".
----------------------------
Mitochondrial Eve (mt-mrca) is the name given by researchers to the woman who is the matrilineal most recent common ancestor (MRCA) for all living humans; the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) in all living humans is derived from hers. Mitochondrial Eve is the female counterpart of the Y-chromosomal Adam, the patrilineal most recent common ancestor.
The holder of this title is believed by some to have lived about 140,000 years ago in what is now Ethiopia, Kenya or Tanzania. The time she lived is calculated based on the molecular clock technique of correlating elapsed time with observed genetic drift....
======edit====
"And to all if Adam and Eve had Cain and Abel and one killed the other, that just left one. Did Adam and Eve give birth to all our ancestors.?"
Who told you that Adam & Even had only two children? The Bible says that he had many.
-----------------------
When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth. After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. Altogether, Adam lived 930 years, and then he died.

Well there was a great and wonderous ocurrance. On the plains of africa several million years ago an animal became aware that he was. HE or SHE beacme sentient self aware. This is a big deal there are very few animals capable of this Dolphins elephants Apes and Humans. We are aware we are capable of acting above our animals instincts we KNOW right from wrong just as the bible says happened when we ate that Fruit. Its such a big deal that they told the story of dream time before we were human for thousands of years around the campfires until someone invented righting and wrote that story down.
So yes I beleive in one of the greatest events in Human history and Im glad the poets wrote it down. Im sorry people have missed the point . But that life.

Yes all men came from Adam & Eve. Even the Evolutionists have found the DNA of one womam they mockingly label 'Eve' that we all came from in the Middle East.
Interestingly, folks have received Nobel prizes for proving what the Bible says is true- but stating in another way.

Adam and Eve is the story of creation. Notice the word 'story'. It's figurative not literal.
But on a more science based issue: where the first, the very first human come from? Science suggests that all things have a beginning. Any answer would be interesting.

I do!. We all came about from God creating Adam then taking Adam's rib to make Eve. Adam Knew Eve and Cain was conceived. From that point, the world began to multiply.

'Who STILL believes in adam and eve?"!!! You ask that question like adam and eve are like mr. and mrs. clause!!!!! Or the easter bunny and the tooth fairy!! They were real! We had to start somewhere, and that somewhere was adam and eve! Yes, adam and eve is a story, but ther is such a thing as a non- fictional story,just like adam and eve! Read the Bible, and try to find one thing in it that you THINK is false,and i'll try to prove you wrong. E-Mail me with a question at "hubby101k@yahoo.com". leave your e-mail, and i'll try to get back to you ASAP.

Every christian would have to believe in them, or else there would have never been the "original sin" that man somehow needs to be released from by Jesus dying
They have to believe Adam and Eve or else they have no religion

Adam and Eve were the first humans who were made in God image in that they had a soul. Other humans also existed before them but they were not in Gods image.
Read Genisis. There were whole cities of people before Adam and Eve.

Hello;
I will try. I will give you some excerpts from a Bible commentary. God the Creator of Supreme Being if you like. Made Adam meaning 'red' from the dust of the ground, formed him and breathed into him the breath of life. "Man was created in the image of God. 1. In respect to his intelligence. 2. In respect to his moral nature. 3. In respect to his dominion. 4. In respect to his immortality." If you recall God caused Adam to fall into a deep sleep. Sort of a trance or ecstasy. God took a rib from the man, later Adam stated that the woman was rib or my rib, and bone of my bone. "The creation of woman.--Here we have an instance of --1. The Creator's care of man, and His fatherly concern for his comfort. Observe--I.God's pity for his solitude, 2. His resolve to provide society for him. II. The creatures' subjection to man, and his dominion over them. God brought the animals to Adam that he might name them, and so give proof of--1. His knowledge; 2. His power. III. The creatures' insufficiency to be a happiness for man."
Adam and Eve had no marital relations until after they had sinned. They the normal course fo recreation took place.
Hope this gives you some insight into you inquiry. Write me if you need further assistance.
