I have had yellow teeth since i was younger. I have gotten my teeth whiten twice using BriteSmile @ Teeth whiten Spa and it did not have a great impact. Is their anything i can do to have a white smile????

People say that the best are to use whitening mouthwash or crest white strips, but they always note that they do damage your enamel. I dip my toothbrush in baking soda before I brush, it is the safest. You can use peroxide but you must be EXTREMELY careful not to swallow it.

When your pernament teeth came out (not as in fell out) where they a little whiter or as yellow as they are now? Some people naturally have a slightly yellower naturel shade than others.

Go to the dentist and have a professional tooth whitening...maybe try with the product named Opalescence Quick from Ultradent Products INC.

Use Listerine Whitening rinse found in the mouthwash aisle. Rinse before you brush.
