I am deeply ashamed and imberrased to ask but I am getting married soon and was wondering if anyone new of anything someone can take (preferably over the counter with no prescription required and that wont b addictive or harmfull) to last in bed while makin love i dont wanna last like 2 minutes id rather humiliate myself here than with her

Stop after one and one half minutes and take a short rest.Resume and take a small break everytime you feel your getting close. Trust me this works. You should last longer each time.Good Luck

1. Try to ease your mind (easier said than done). Don't get excited or carried away coz there won't be any coming (no pun intended) back. Instead use plenty of foreplay, caress her and kiss her, drive her wild with your tongue an fingers.
2. Try to focus your mind of other things, this often times helps calm you down.
3. Don't go at it like a freight train, slow down so that she can enjoy the feeling as well.
