Okay i know you have seen alot of these types of questions but i just wanna know ....please.. How do you know if the guy that you have known awhile and you happen to like him , cares about you like a sister or cares and has feelings about you like a girlfriend ? It's all stupid again. And believe each situation makes you 16 again, no matter what age you are. How long is awhile? What are you hoping for? Be honest... SAY SOMETHING. Trust your instincts even if they don't work. Go out on a limb. Do you feel a connection or is it just wishful thinking? Make a move.

Well, It's 2007, ask him if he wants to go on a date. If he says yes and it goes well, Tell him how much you enjoyed it but inform him that he'll have to ask you out the next time. If you don't see a romantic connection, tell him you really enjoy his friendship.

if he talks to you about girls he's interested in,advises you on guys you should go out with, and doesn't care whether or not he sees you, he thinks of you as a sister
if he touches you, laughs with you, flirts with you, talks to you about deep stuff but worries you'll think he's weird, or he really wants to be with you a lot, he thinks of you as a gf.

well it depends on the age group but just see if he flirts babe, flirting is the dead giveaway. i can't give you more info cause i don't know his behavior so good luck
