I need a fender and front door (4-door).

Except for the '03 through '05 SRT-4, most of the second generation ('00 through '05) parts are interchangeable. There were no second generation two-door Neons. Although I do not know about the fenders, most SRT-4s are distinctive from the windshield forward. Kiffin's suggestion regarding the Hollander manual was good advice.

Might be that any year Neon body parts are compatible; my advice is check the local junkyard's Hollander manual. That's the "Bible" of parts interchangability. Since it is copyright protected, you probably will not be able to find the manual on-line, but eBay sells copies at around $ 75 - $ 100 if there's no auto salvage yard near that will allow you to check for interchangeable parts.
