Not at first; in Basic Training you won't have time, nor will you care. You're going to be MUCH too busy to worry about that kind of trivial stuff.

Later on in training, you'll have the time to do it and yes, you'll be allowed to. Once you graduate Basic you'll be allowed to wear it as long as it conforms to the uniform regulations.

Air Force rules are a little more lax than Army rules, but they are basically the same. You are allowed to wear neutral and natural colors, pinks are okay as long as they are subtle. Technically, French and American manicures are not allowed but I've never seen that rule enforced. I have a French manicure right now, as a matter of fact. Metallic colors are also against the rules, but like I said, they tend to be a little more lenient in the Air Force.

If you bring nail polish to basic training, you are in for one major life changing experience. (don't do it). After basic, you will be able to wear natural colors.

I was in the Army and for them you could but only with certain colors.

yes but not in bootcamp and the polish has to be a neutral color.
