when u get to the ticket booth to either purchase ur tickets or just show ur tickets to get in the race,they will have them for sale there.cant quite remember how much i paid for mine to the IRL race at kentucky,but i had pit and garage passes.
i would reccomand that if garage passes are available u but those also.u get really close to the cars and actually get to bump elbows with the drivers.i was able to get all kinds of pictures and autographs.
also at the tunnel that goes under the track into the pits they should also sell pit passes there.that is actually where i got mine.but then again that was kentucky speedway.

go to the website for TMS and find the contact numbers and call for you tickets. You can sometimes get packages that include pit passes.

unfortunately nascar does not sell pit or garage passes... in order to get them u have to know a diver or pit crew member. fortunately i do know a diver... but i believe there is a way to buy a pre race pit pass.
