Hello. I have a theory that as people get older they tend not to feel their age psychologically. Many 60 year old say they still feel 21. How old are you and how old do you 'feel psychologically'?

To all the people who feel older:

How do you know what feeling older feels like?

PSYCHOLOGICALLY NOT PHYSICALLY so if you're tired, stressed, ill or any thing similar, it doesn't count.

I just turned 56 and I'm having trouble believing I'm that old. In my mind I'm still about 25 which is when I had some of the greatest successes--and pleasures--in my life. Having said that, I have to admit I'm bipolar which means my thinking is sometimes skewed. I don't lose touch with reality, but living in past moments is sometimes more pleasant than the present. Great, now I'm going to have to bring this up with my therapist on my next visit.

Not trying to evoke pity here, but I'm 17 and honestly feel about 30.
