........and I mean it, does God prefer my honesty or does He prefer it if someone thinks it about someone but doesn't say it even if it then means you're being two faced to someone you can't stand?
Taking religion out of it, of course society prefers the politer option but doesn't God always prefer honesty?

Puddinhead: It isn't really a no- brainer I don't think. You can't always avoid people you don't like.

Yes god does prefer honesty in a person, but as long as you have good reason to be like that with another person. If you just genuinly call someone for no reason to be cruel then no god wont be happy about that.

If you read your bible you'll see that God doesn't prefer honesty when it comes to his ego.
The only two civilisations that lived in a way that was honest to themselves were nuked by God (Sodom and Gomorrah). Not that I'd want to live there, not my cup of tea.
We are all supposed to praise God as being so wonderful whilst he sits back and laughs at the kids getting bombed on a football pitch in Iraq and saying "not my problem, free will".
But to answer your question, there's the old saying "If you can't say something nice, then don't say anything".

He weighs the heart. Of everything in the situation. If it's provocation and you are elect, the other party just may have gotten an instant sentence. What society has to say generally is worthless. Society is vile. As in absolute animals. Past guidelines don't apply here anymore. Look it up.

If you're somebody who's still " going to church " then you are kidding yourself. Only the devil is in there now. And everybody knows it.

I'm sure God does prefer honesty, but he also says that thinking something is the same as doing it. Ex: thinking about killing someone=killing someone in God's eyes.

Well, there's different levels of vile. M*therfucker has become pretty generic these days, but it still isn't very nice to say. C*nt is a bit nastier and I wouldn't recommend it unless you really mean it. Asshole seems to cover everything, but it has become almost meaningless. I think calling people names is a bit too mean, so I ususally refrain from doing it in favor of telling people what they can do with themselves (i.e. f*ck you, f*ck off, go f*ck yourself, etc.). It still gets the point across without calling someone a name. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

God wants you to have a change of heart and not hate anybody. Love your enemies. Not an easy thing to do, but holding on to bitterness does you more harm the the person you resent. It's normal to prefer some people's company to others, but it's not dishonest not to be vile.

A sin committed only in your heart is still a sin committed, and God views all sin equally.
However God is concerned about consequences (which is why He warned us about sin in the first place)
The better thing to do is to take the matter before God in prayer. He will either change the situation or change your heart

Honesty. But just because we are honest doesn't mean that honesty is righteous. Which is something God demands. So how do we get to that with all our honesty?

Apparently its OK to say what you like to someone as long you don't blaspheme or bear false witness. So all swear words are fine before God if you don't take God's name in vain or use a religious oath like the ones used hundreds of years ago e.g "by His blood" (shortened to "S'blood") "by His wounds" ("S'wounds) and even "by His nails" ("S'nails"!). Or the infernal ones cursing them to "Hell's blazes" (T'blazes)
