If you are trying to download pictures from a digital camera, you should have been supplied with a disc to load the program onto your computer.

However, download Picassa from the internet and you can do almost anything with your pictures. Good Luck.

U say the camera is not going on? no power? does the camera need batteries? are u using usb cable and what operating system is on your computer? What is the make and model of the camera?

Did you get a disk with the camera?If the answer is yes then put the disk in first and follow instructions.Unplug the camera first.

you need a usb cable and windows should install it for you if your trying to send your photos to your laptop or computer you can buy a blue tooth now that just goes in the usb port and you just send your photos by blue tooth like you would to another phone hope this has helped take care

well you're halfway there, as bon jovi would say...the camera prolly came w/some software, which has to be installed on any computer you're trying to plug the camera into.
