Is it possible to have the subsidized loan amount increased?

My father recently died and has left me unable to finance my schooling. I attend 2 university's full time, 1 I had received the max amt of sub and unsub.. but the other school has yet to process my fafsa info.

Will they be able to increase my loan amounts?
