And I told my friend where I was going. He called and

First of all your friend probably told her because she needed to know and the fact that he might have thought she deserve better if that wasn't his self and secondly if you want your girlfriend back you need to talk to her and tell her what kind of jerk you were to have cheated on her in the first place and stop cheating on her. And why in the world would you cheat and have the balls to tell anybody that you're going to do it and where? You need to give that game up because you got it all wrong!

He is so working your old girlfriend over right now. That was the total reason he told you girlfriend, to hook up with her. She thinks he is such a nice guy and cares about her feelings. She probably thinks, why can't I have a guy like that??
Dude if you want your ex back, you will have to grovel like you have never grovelled before. And believe me she will keep a tighter lease on you now. Your screwed.

your friend told her because he isn't a pig like you!! he must actually care about your girlfriends, whereas you clearly don't. Do your girlfriend a favour and don't try and get her back!! she can do much better than a two timing pig like you! get a life.

well first off it would seem to me that your "friend" is trying to get at your girl... in order to win her back i would beg grovel... whatever you have to do to prove you screwed up and want her and only her... you need to prove you want her back... and dont do that again...
