As in pass a drug test? Get one of those detox drinks from your local hippie store. They work really well. follow the directions.
As in block THC from docking with the receptor in your brain? Only inactive analogs of delta9-tetrahydracanabinol can bind to the receptor and block it. They are called antagonists.

you need to refine your question, however THC does "break down" in heat at about 250-300 degrees which is why burning the source plant is one of the least effective transport mechanisms.
