This is comming from a girl. If a girl treated one of my guy friends like you described how this girl treats you I would deff tell him to break it off. Just sit down with her and explain how you feel;; that you feel like she doesnt appreciate you and that you think you should take a break and that if she adjusts her attitude maybe you can get back together. But dont cheat on her because thats not much better then being a bad girlfriend and it deff would hurt the girl weather or not she treated you wrong.
About girls getting mad at the boyfriends I would hope that they would trust their guy because thats what a relationship is trust and if you dont have trust you cant really hold a relationship together but just tell the truth and i hope everything works out =]

First be upfront and honest. Most people appreciate honesty from the beginning. No need to continue on and waste time. In a relationship you should get clear from the beginning what each considers cheating. That is the only true way to know. Everyone has a different opinion about cheating. Of course sex, kissing and touching all count for cheating no matter what. Good Luck!
