English course in UK???? help?

Last summer (2006) I visited Bishops Stortford in UK i was at college for young learners, to practice my English(btw i'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina) and it was great. I would like to go somewhere again. Can you recomend anything??????????

cambridge london and oxford are stuffed full of language centres, dont know about reputation, so pick a place you want to spend time in
