Raynaud's is associated with abnormally small or narrow blood vessels in the hands and fingers. There are many causes. The essential thing is to keep the hands warm and avoid coldness. Wear double gloves, stay near a fire. As a last resort see your doctor for medication to dilate the blood vessels.
